"wish I could go with less than 1 star -- After being with this company for more than a year. I had my billing setup as autopay - which pulled funds on the 16th of each month. On the 4th, this agent was sent a clear text (which he responded to) stating to cancel my policy and shut off autopay. In the amount of time that I had the policy my bill went up about 40.00 per month. No accidents, no tickets, no claims. So I found it elsewhere for 1/2 the price. and explained that in my text. David wanted to chat about it (not sure why) but I didn't respond to the text because there is nothing to talk about. My text was clear... "cancel autopay and my policy and here is why". It didn't get canceled nor was auto pay shut off and just before Xmas my account was hit for the charges. (meaning i had double the insurance with 2 carriers). With the charges expected to be canceled... it caused an overdraft. I asked the agent to pay the od fees and he flat out refused. I will never recommend or return to this agent -"
